Meet Our Administration

 

Sister Donna Shallo, IHM, President

Sister Donna Shallo has been President at Little Flower Catholic High School since 2000. Prior to this, she was Assistant Principal for Student Affairs for 9 years. Sister Donna holds an MA in Business Education as well as a BA in Theology from Immaculata University and The College of New Jersey, formerly known as Trenton State. She attended high school at Bishop Kenrick High School in Norristown, PA, now St. Pope John Paul II in Royersford, PA. Sister Donna’s interactions are mostly with LF’s alumnae. She is always edified by the love, loyalty, and appreciation she encounters with LF’s graduates. They bless her over and over by their utter goodness!

Sister Kathleen Klarich, RSM, Principal

Sister Kathleen Klarich has been Principal at Little Flower Catholic High School since September 1995. Sister Kathleen holds a BS in Education with a certification in Business Education as well as an MS in Education from Temple University. She attended Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia. Sister Kathleen values the LF community, our tradition, spirit, and mission. We are so fortunate to have St. Thérèse as our patroness. St. Thérèse’s spirit of simple, loving service inspires members of the community to perform little acts of love each day as we work together and encourage one another to be our best selves.

Mrs. Maryanne Rayer, Assistant Principal for Student Affairs

Mrs. Maryanne Rayer is currently the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs at Little Flower Catholic High School. Prior to this position, Mrs. Rayer was the World Language Department Chairperson and a Spanish teacher for many years. Mrs. Rayer holds a BS in Secondary Education with a concentration in Spanish as well as an MA in Education from Villanova University. She attended Cardinal O’Hara High School. The LF community is like family to Mrs. Rayer. The administration, faculty, and staff genuinely care about the students and each other. She feels blessed to be able to come to work here every day!

Mr. Larry A. Rosbach, Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs

Mr. Larry Rosbach is currently the Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs at Little Flower Catholic High School. Mr. Rosbach holds a BS in Psychology from LaSalle University as well as an M. Ed. from Temple University. He attended Sullivan County High School in Laporte, PA. Mr. Rosbach enjoys his interactions with the students, staff, and other administrators. He also appreciates the unique Little Flower culture.

Mrs. Mary McDonald, Assistant Principal for Student
Services

Mrs. Mary McDonald is currently the Assistant Principal for Student Services at Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls.  Mrs. McDonald holds a Masters in Educational  Leadership from Neumann University and
a B.S. in Marketing from St. Joseph's University.  She attended Bishop Shanahan High School. 
Mrs. McDonald appreciates that LF is a welcoming community that is called to the “little way” of St. Thérèse and celebrates this calling. The parents, students, faculty and staff are supportive, compassionate and friendly. The atmosphere is contagious and one cannot help but to strive to be better.
